Introduction and Agreement
This website can be accessed at www.cad4africa.co.za, related mobi-sites and software applications (the “Website”) It is owned and operated by Accellerafri (Proprietary) Limited trading as CAD4Africa, a private company registered in South Africa with registration number: 2016 / 373758 / 07. These Terms and Conditions apply to users who are consumers for purposes of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“the CPA”). If there is any provision in these Terms and Conditions that you do not understand, it is your responsibility to ask the Company to explain it to you before you accept the Terms and Conditions or continue using the Website.
By shopping or browsing on this Site, you:
- represent and warrant that you have read and understood these terms and conditions on this Site; and
- agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the policies (collectively “the Agreement”).
Ordering Process
1. On the left side choose the product category and appropriate CAD license, and click Buy-Add to cart.
2. Click on your cart in the upper right corner, choose how many licenses you need and click on refresh.
3. After you chose what you want to buy click on “Buy”. If you are new customer then you will first need to enter your information. The next step is verification of your order and then it will be sent to your mail in a PDF file with all the neccessary payment information.

Delivery charges and delivery times
Once your payment is visible on our bank account we will deliver licenses in 7 days. Delivery is free of charge, all software licenses serial numbers and codes are delivered by e-mail.
Product pricing and taxes
The Products displayed on this Site will be delivered only within the Republic of South Africa. Online order of AutoCAD, progeCAD, CADprofi and other products is not possible for countries outside South Africa. For quote please contact us via e-mail info@cad4africa.co.za. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices can be seen by choosing the appropriate group of products on the left side. Prices are in South African Rand. South African VAT is not included and will be calculated during the ordering process and paid by Buyer. These prices are only for online orders and 100% payment is required before delivery.
Product Returns and Refund Policy
All our software is “try & buy”, allowing you to use it with no limitations before purchase for 30 days. To obtain a refund on a product that was delivered to you by online download, you must adhere to the following guidelines. Your request for a return must be made within 30 days of the date CAD4Africa made the software available to you for download (the “Purchase Date”) and CAD4Africa must receive your fully completed and signed Affidavit of De-Installation and Non-Use of Software. It may take 7 – 14 business days for your financial institution to process the funds back into your account. If an incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered), we’ll deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible. Simply contact our customer service on email info@cad4africa.co.za to notify us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Warranty
Buyer acknowledges that CAD4Africa is a distributor of software. All warranties are covered by the manufactures themselves. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE LICENSED SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

We respect your privacy and will take reasonable measures to protect it. Should you decide to register as a user on the Website, we may require you to provide us with personal information which includes but is not limited to –
- your name and surname;
- your email address;
- your physical address;
- your mobile number
We are entitled to use or disclose your personal information if such use or disclosure is required in order to comply with any applicable law, subpoena, order of court or legal process served on us, or to protect and defend our rights or property.
Governing Law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and our relationship and/or any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Your continued use of the Website will constitute your consent and submission to the jurisdiction of the South African courts regarding all proceedings, transactions, applications or the like instituted by either party against the other, arising from any of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any dispute arising between you and CAD4Africa, you hereby consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa.
